"Tacoa: 25 años después"

On the 19 of December of 1982, more than 180 people died as result of an explosion at the electrical plant of Tacoa, on the Arrecife beach, near Caracas.

After 25 years of the tragedy that took the lives of firefighters, journalists and civilians, how many people in Venezuela remembers it? Or is the name ¨Tacoa¨ a mystery?

This documentary was part of the distinction awarded dissertation made to obtain the Bachelors degree in Mass Communications, specialized in Audiovisual Arts at the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (UCAB) in Caracas, Venezuela.
